Master Don is a 4th degree blackbelt in the Korean defensive martial art of Tang Soo Do (Paks Karate) and a personal fitness intstructor/life coach. He has a passion for helping children find strength, discipline, and the right mindset while also enjoying life and being a kid. Master Don has been working with youth in the Urban Core for the past 26 years.


Tang Soo Do Karate

  Since TANG SOO DO is a classical martial art, the teaching goal is to develop and unify three basic elements - body, mind and spirit. Our effectiveness as martial artists, as well as our success in life, comes from a deep understanding of these three aspects of our nature as human beings.   Through serious, dedicated, and honest training, we come to recognize our strengths and weaknesses learn to face our fears, eliminate obstacles from our lives, and discover how to isolate and harness the limitless power of "Chi" that resides and flows within each of us.  

Karate is for everyone ages 4-Adult

Classes are held Mon & Wed 5:30-7:00pm

Group Fitness

Aerobic, weight training, strength and endurance training are utilized in all fitness classes. Classes are available to all ages and tailored to the individual’s needs, personal goals, and abilities.  Justice Karate and Fitness takes it outdoors where every workout is unique and fun!

One on One: Personal Training

We offer one on one training for beginner to advanced needs.

Master Don Justice

PAK’s Karate and Fitness is founded and operated by Master Don Justice. Justice has over 20 years of life coaching and teaching experience. His strengths include developing and implementing exercise regimens for strength, cardio, rehabilitation, cross training, and boot camp circuit training; teaching self-defense programs for youth, adults and seniors., and creating nutritional awareness through gardening and eating whole homegrown foods. He is a personal trainer certified by the American Aerobic Association International (AAAI), the International Sports medicine Association (ISMA) and CPR/AED/AEO certified. He is a Tang Soo Do Federation Master Instructor, 4th Degree Black Belt and earned his Bachelors of International Business degree from San Francisco State University, San Francisco CA.
